Spirit Lake Educational Outreach Coordinator
 
 
 
The Spirit Lake Meth and Suicide Prevention Program is a newly created program within Tribal Government formed to address the persistent issues of chemical dependency affecting mental health. Suicide is a very prevalent issue on our reservation and we are seeking to implement suicide intervention and prevention programs throughout our communities and school systems.

Member Duties : The Education Outreach Coordinator will assist the Meth and Suicide Prevention Program in coordinating workshops and training with local k-12 schools. Activities will include: contacting local schools to identify training and educational opportunities in alcohol and drug use and suicide prevention, coordinating and planning training and tracking number of educational outreach activities and participants.
