The City of Bedford Heights department of community life provides a variety of programs and activities designed to meet the needs of residents representing all ages and interests. The programs and services are provided in the following areas: aquatics, senior services, sport & leagues, fitness, membership services, parks & playgrounds, and rental service. The Summer Youth Program is implemented under the auspices of the parks & playgrounds division. Youth who participate in SFSP sites also participate in structured programs coordinated in conjunction with sports & leagues.

Member Duties : Serve the Bedford School District community to ensure that youth have access to healthy and nutritious meals daily. Oversee an array of structured enrichment activities as part of the summer camp. Promote learning and self-development during the summer months. You'll be trained in best practices for academic, recreation, and nutrition services for school-age youth.
