ShareCorps -Lorain CCC- Commodore Cupboard Food Pantry
Lorain County Community College is committed to a bold action to develop and evolve innovative, evidence-based programs and processes to help high-risk students access, complete and attain postsecondary credentials that lead to family sustaining jobs. LCCC has shifted its culture from one that expected students to be “college ready” to a student-centered culture that demonstrates that the College is “student ready” in direct alignment with its Number One Priority: Drive Student Completion for Academic and Career Success. It also broadened its commitment to the neediest students by creating and staffing a food pantry (The Commodore Cupboard) and emergency assistance program.
