| Member Duties : The Gallia-Jackson-Meigs Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board seeks a passionate, motivated individual to join our team. We strive to increase the availability of mental health/substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery resources in our service area. The VISTA member will work with our team to develop a branding and marketing strategy to increase awareness of services and opportunities to collaborate. We wish our VISTA to be skilled in 1)Marketing – Develop and implement newspaper, radio and social media campaigns and marketing strategies to promote services and objectives/duties of the Board 2)Education/Public Speaking – Coordinate and provide community with information and education on current and needed mental health and addiction prevention and treatment resources 3)Fundraising – Research and apply for grants and donations that will expand availability of resources as well as developing relationships with local partners to obtain funding.
