Member Duties : Keep Austin Housed members increase the capacity of social services agencies to provide case management services. Members address housing, employment and personal stability barriers to help clients make significant, lasting changes. Members assess for client needs, develop action plans to meet goals, and provide guidance as clients work towards self-sufficiency; they may provide referrals, support, and life skills training to clients. In addition, members educate the community-at-large on issues related to homelessness and leverage the support of community volunteers.
