| Member Duties : VISTA member will enhance the work of the Niagara Falls Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative (ESPRI) Phase II and that of Catholic Charities of Buffalo as convener for the ESPRI project. Niagara Falls ESPRI Phase II has a racial equity and workforce development focus.
The VISTA member will work directly with the ESPRI Project Director and ESPRI team on community outreach, research, and evaluation for the poverty initiative to build capacity in Phase II Implementation of ESPRI.
The VISTA will assist with convening and coordination of the Work Groups, support the efforts of Task Group and Work Group members, support marketing of the initiative, facilitate resident engagement and outreach efforts to recruit resident participants into the process.
The VISTA assists with the implementation of evaluation strategies and data collection. The VISTA will support coordination of a mutual data management system for the initiative.
