Ocean Discovery Institute-Program Management and Evaluation
 
 
 
The Program Management and Evaluation VISTA will assess, enhance, and document our visitor engagement and management approaches, and support the evaluation of our expansive and growing school-based programming. S/he will create and/or refine best practices manuals associated with visitor and member engagement and management, and program evaluation for our school-based programming. S/he will assist staff in identification of appropriate data sets, metrics, and in the generation of reports to support program management, evaluation, and enhancement. The Program Management and Evaluation VISTA will work closely with our Technology and Evaluation VISTA to provide important feedback that will help staff refine these systems to best address the needs of our community and organization.
