| Member Duties : Member will serve alongside Volunteer Services staff as well as Refugee Adult and Family Program staff to help identify and address needs presented by clients or case manager. Member will recruit volunteers at events, build up volunteer pool, assist on on-boarding new recruits, and help staff match volunteers to needs. Member will serve with staff to create/revamp cross-cultural competency educational materials to be given to new volunteers.
