2017 Substance/Opiate Abuse Reduction Coordinator JANESVILLE
 
 
 
This substance/opiate abuse reduction project is a collaboration between the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC), the Rock County Public Health Department (RCPHD), and HealthNet of Rock County (HealthNet) The location for this project is Rock County Health Department in Janesville, WI. The mission of the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) is to support, strengthen, and advocate for the uniqueness of the Wisconsin free and charitable clinics, the patients they serve, and the communities with whom they partner. The Rock County Public Health Department (RCPHD) is the catalyst that cultivates a spirit of wellness and improves the quality of life by promoting healthier lifestyles and environments through collaborative community partnerships. HealthNet of Rock County, Inc. is dedicated to the provision of high quality primary health care and health information free or at low cost to the medically underserved people of Rock County, Wisconsin. **Interviews are done on a rolling basis.
