The Arc’s goal is to improve the financial well-being and security of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) by giving them the opportunity to choose and realize their goals of where and how to learn, live, work and play. We give them this opportunity by the services we provide: residential housing, developmental therapy, financial literacy, recreational opportunities and paid employment service both in house and in the community. We work to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their family have the support they need to live an ordinary and decent life.

Member Duties : Serve with the HR Manager in developing new best employee practices and update existing ones to meet the HR department goals. Identify employee branding and how the Arc can capitalize on its brand. Evaluate employee orientation, training and safety program and make recommendations for improvements.
