The Arc’s goal is to improve the financial well-being and security of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) by giving them the opportunity to choose and realize their goals of where and how to learn, live, work and play. We give them this opportunity by the services we provide: residential housing, developmental therapy, financial literacy, recreational opportunities and paid employment service both in house and in the community. We work to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their family have the support they need to live an ordinary and decent life.

Member Duties : Promote and build sustainable partners in the community for the Print Shop, Work Services and B'arc Bones product & services by developing, implementing and managing a Sales & Marketing Plan. Identify and set up social media and e-Commerce functionality. Coordinate with other department managers to integrate all marketing plans to ensure efficient use of tools and resources and have a consistent marketing message.
