Member Duties : The VISTA will 1) develop a SWAT analysis of current programs in order to develop an outreach plan to engage community stakeholders. 2) conduct research on Community Health Worker practice & on how CHWs add value to community as healthcare workforce agents in order to develop best practice strategies 3) engage universities to partake in SCHOLARS program to assist graduate level students in allied health programs with their studies and professional development.
