This VISTA project will build capacity to support the organization’s implementation of a new Rapid Re-Housing program for youth, to receive housing and long-term case management to maximize opportunity for housing stability. The impact of the project will create a long-term rapid re-housing program with progressive engagement, enhancing housing stability

Member Duties : 1.) Research best practices in service delivery for unaccompanied homeless youth, and report findings to agency staff. 2.) Collaborate with site supervisor and other stakeholders to identify community needs and priorities. 3.) Organize and participate in the application of new and enhanced processes. 4.) Assist in creating a plan for data collection and grant management. 5.) Research local organizations and practices in the area, identifying community strengths and gaps in services. 6.) Assist in proposal grant writing 7.) Identify and document program improvements and continued needs related to increasing permanent housing solutions and improving data management. 8.) Promote the organization's mission and services in the community
