| Member Duties : Our VISTA Leader will create and implement strategies to keep our VISTA members connected across the state via conference calls, webinars, professional development opportunities, a web-based newsletter, and an annual retreat. The VISTA Leader will help with recruitment during our four annual recruitment cycles. The VISTA Leader will take part in VISTA member and supervisor trainings. The VISTA Leader will research best practices on engagement. The Leader will also do travel to the sites to do regular check-ins, exit interviews, and trainings, as needed. The VISTA Leader will create a manual/guidebook for future VISTA leaders at the Coalition.
