Become a Change Maker in creating generational impact! Join our Cradle 2 Career team that is changing the odds for kids & youth in beautiful South Central Idaho. Our team created this exciting new position as it became clear that we were missing one of the most critical roles in our efforts—a talented data coordinator. Our program focuses on helping children and youth get a healthy start in life & achieve the critical milestones that lead to obtaining a career & a life full of opportunities. The Data Analyst VISTA position plays a key role in helping partnership members to collect, interpret, & present data in a compelling way. In this position, you will participate in community meetings that include thought leaders from corporations, local/state/federal government, higher education, Pre-K and K-12 educators, economic development, a few of the biggest corporations, chamber of commerce, and the nonprofit sector. The Cradle 2 Career team covers two efforts. The Early Learning partnership is working on Kindergarten Readiness and Early Grade Reading. The education partnership is working on High School Graduation, Apprenticeships, Post-Secondary Enrollment, Post-Secondary Completion and Career Readiness and Sustainable/Gainful Employment. The Data Analyst will serve with our Data teams to develop data access and plans around key drivers that serve as pre-conditions to academic and career readiness outcomes. Member Duties : Obtain and summarize the underlying data to help determine the strategies that will best move the needle on acquisition of educational outcomes. Assist in ensuring the ongoing availability of and access to the data needed to set baselines, track progress, and ensure accountability.
