Community and Customer Education and Engagement

We are a homeownership center that helps people buy a home, fix their home, or save their home from foreclosure. As me move to a social enterprise model, we are incorporating technology to help us increase our capacity to serve customers. For most customers, this will streamline processes and allow them to access their accounts at any time of day from any device. For others, we recognize that technology may make us harder to reach. As we implement the program we are looking to create a training program and materials to help our customers better use the technology. We also want to share news about our programs and this technology with other people who may be able to help customers to access these services, and develop partnerships to this end. Finally, we want to expand the education opportunities for the community, working with partners to offer workshops on things like home repair, house history research, etc. If you're able to take on this challenge, you will be helping people access down payment assistance, homebuyer education, credit help, and home improvement funding. Many of our customers would not be able to achieve homeownership without this help. This is an experience that can make an impact for not just a lifetime, but for generations to come.
