Member Duties : The VISTA Community Engagement Specialist (VISTA CES) will build capacity for the initiative and the community to help bring individuals and communities out of poverty. (S)he will develop a framework that expands the scale and reach of the initiative to encourage residents to participate in listening sessions, focus groups, public surveys (online and paper) and information forums. The VISTA CES will provide assistance in the preparation of needs assessments, develop community assessment tools, help develop workforce development programs, progress reports, manage information culled from the Task Force, workgroups, community stakeholders and guide data collection and interpret data.
