* BMVP Summer - TECH Lab - Education & Creation Hub

The Billings Public Library was established in 1901. Their mission is embracing, empowering, and enriching our community. The library is committed to shaping today's youth through 21st century technology to create exciting projects in science, technology, engineering, art and math. STEAM educational programming helps children to succeed in today's rapidly growing society. It challenges students to think critically, take risks, engage in experiential learning, problem-solving, collaboration, and embrace creativity. Through VISTA-supported STEM / STEAM education programs it will provide summer learning loss prevention. Prevention is essential in helping people get out of poverty. The overall goal is to guide children through STEAM programming to ensure future success.
