Member Duties : The Deschutes County Health Services VISTA will help to increase adolescents’ and young adults’ access to quality health care including general health, oral health, mental health, and substance abuse prevention and treatment. The VISTA will do this through developing and designing a youth friendly drop-in center; collaborating with other community organizations to provide education and promote services to at-risk, disenfranchised youth within Deschutes County.
