STEM Design Challenge Coordinator

US2020’s mission is to grow the number of STEM professionals engaged in high-quality STEM mentoring with underrepresented students. To do this, US2020 supports The City Network, a group of multi-sector coalitions which foster STEM mentoring movements in regions across the country that have committed to growing the quality & quantity of STEM mentoring for underrepresented youth. In the 2017-2018 program year US2020 will lead a national competition, offering resources to a new set of communities across the country committed to developing coalitions that will grow local STEM Mentoring. By the end of the competition US2020 will have added 6-8 new cities to the City Network, increasing the Network’s ability to impact thousands more students, plus raising awareness about STEM mentoring and generating learnings around best practices.
