Member Duties : The VISTA member will work under the direct supervision of the Three Rivers Main Street Executive Director, with a primary focus on expanding and adding structure to the volunteer recruitment / retention practices, and a secondary focus on a formalized fund development campaign by creating volunteer position descriptions for all anticipated volunteer opportunities, provide opportunities for volunteers to give feedback on their experiences, measure the perceived impact of their service, and make recommendations for improvement in order to create a system of continuous quality improvement.
