Summer Program Quality Advisor/ Inclusion Work
 
 
 
Summer Associates at MOST will become certified summer program quality observers in order to observe youth-serving summer programs across Baltimore for program quality. Summer Associates will create and provide reports to supply feedback to programs and summer system and help to identify technical assistance and supports to address program needs. This position focuses on providing support to programs centered around including youth with disabilities. This is accomplished through management of the OST & Inclusion Project helpline and online intake form and connecting helpline calls with OST & Inclusion Project technical assistance providers. Associate will also conduct program quality assessments (as describe above) for summer programs participating in the OST & Inclusion project.

Member Duties : The Summer Associate will observe assigned summer programs and submit observation reports. The Summer Associate will provide programs with feedback from their observations. The Summer Associate will synthesize data to make recommendations on technical assistance and professional development needs. The Summer Associate will provide support to programs around including youth with disabilities.
