2017 Summer Program Quality Advisor
 
 
 
Program quality is the key to maximizing positive impact on students. This is particularly important during the summer as participation in summer programs can combat summer learning loss. The Summer Program Quality Advisor will be trained and certified to use a research based program quality observation tool in order to visit, observe, assess and provide feedback to programs. Program observation data will be used to target programs for technical assistance and supports. This position will be based at Union Mill, 1500 Union Avenue, Baltimore, MD and will require daily site visits to a variety of youth serving summer programs across Baltimore City.
