Member Duties : The VISTA will be integral in the implementation of a new systemic database for tracking incidents including developing training materials and train-the-trainer curriculum. The project will streamline the tracking of system recommendations geared towards improving the Child Welfare system and its work with NYC families, and will enhance communication and collaboration between the provider agencies and ACS on cases.
Specific activities are: develop train-the-trainer curriculum for the application developed for tracking, support training, observe monthly case reviews and draft recommendations, and collaborate with various divisions to implement the recommendations
