College Access Plan (Pasadena): CAP believes a postsecondary education is achievable for all students, and their mission is to prepare students for college success. Determined to Succeed (Los Angeles): Determined to Succeed’s mission is to provide academic and social-emotional support to highly motivated students from low-income minority families who will be first-generation college students. Operation Jump Start (Long Beach): Operation Jump Start helps low-resourced, high potential first-generation students get in, stay in, and graduate from a four-year college. The Social Justice Learning Institute (Inglewood): SJLI is dedicated to improving the education, health and well-being of youth and communities of color.
