| Member Duties : The Housing Resource Center Program Coordinator VISTA will: (1) Working directly with Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance to create a screening tool for Land of Lincoln’s services to be used at the housing desk located outside of eviction court in St. Clair County. (2) Outreach to and coordinate with agencies that are a part of the St. Clair County Continuum of Care IL-508 (HAC), code enforcement officers and any other housing providers that will connect individuals facing eviction with housing resource. (3) Follow up with the Housing Resource Center on referrals, create and maintain sustainability databases and continue to work with feedback provided to ensure that persons are being referred for assistance.
