| Member Duties : The Development and Community Engagement VISTA will: (1) Expand and ensure the sustainability of programs to improve low-income renters’ housing stability through resource development, donor cultivation, and other fundraising efforts. (2) Increase and enhance community awareness of affordable housing and renters rights issues, as well as the availability of LCBH’s free legal and supportive services, through communication/marketing activities and direct client solicitation. (3) Increase organizational and community capacity to resolve low-income renters’ housing issues by offering technical support and data, and engaging community partners, including tenants, tenant advocates, community-based organizations, and policy makers.
