| Member Duties : The Summer VISTA will work to increase the capacity of the neighborhood community gardens by supervising volunteers and providing direction, coordination, and consultation for all volunteer functions within the community garden. This will include promoting a wide range of volunteer opportunities, creating recommendations for the most efficient use of volunteers, conducting volunteer training, and maintaining volunteer records. The Summer VISTA will also help expand the reach of the gardens by conducting community outreach and developing relationships with community members and organizations.
