Free Clinics - Reach Out Montgomery County Summer VISTA
 
 
 
The mission of Reach Out of Montgomery County is to provide access to health care services for the under-served/uninsured population in Montgomery County, without restraints, utilizing the professional skills of volunteer physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Our clinics provide an alternative to emergency visits for minor illnesses and chronic conditions that need immediate attention. Reach Out is seeking a Summer Associate to collaborate with our Executive Director and year-long VISTA Member to ensure that our volunteer professionals have what they need to safely provide our healthcare services through volunteer coordination and tracking and to maintain and expand our funding levels through coordination, tracking, and management of grant data.

Member Duties : Help our volunteer-staffed clinic serve more patients by assisting in the coordination of our new volunteer application and licensing process. Collaborate with our year-long VISTA Member to maintain and increase our funding levels by tracking patient data for grant usage. Help identify and correct errors in our patient data tracking systems to improve our ability to monitor patient care.
