The Hartville Migrant Clinic (HMC), the oldest standing free clinic in Ohio, exists to support the mind, body, and soul of the migrant community in and around Stark County by providing preventive health and acute care. HMC is seeking a Summer Associate to expand awareness of our services in the community by improving our online presence through social media and our website, increase the effectiveness of our volunteer management process by developing a database to track volunteers and hours served, and help increase our funding by developing a list of potential new funders.

Member Duties : The Summer Associate will increase the social presence of the Hartville Migrant Clinic (HMC) by researching and implementing potential improvements for our website and social media pages to make them more accessible for our clients. The Summer Associate will improve the effectiveness of our volunteer management process by creating a new database for the 2017 volunteer season and tracking volunteer hours. They will also help us expand our funding by working with the Board President to develop a list of new potential donors and write a new appeal for funds letter.
