| Member Duties : The Summer Associate will: Collaborate with clinic volunteers and our year-long VISTA Member to plan for our fall fundraiser to expand our resources to serve more patients. Assist in quality improvement projects, such as the creation of surveys for volunteers, welcome packets for patients, and creation of reports. Assist in the transfer of paper chart information to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and assist in the designing of EMR volunteer training procedures. Develop a community services algorithm that will be used to assess patient needs and connect patients with community services listed on our resources list. Create a physicians referral list to better serve the needs of our patients.
