Free Clinics -- North Coast Health Summer VISTA
 
 
 
North Coast Health (NCH) a faith-based charitable clinic, in collaboration with community partners provides quality health care and optimizes access, prevention, wellness and education for the uninsured and underinsured. We are seeking a Summer Associate to increase awareness of NCH through the expansion and enhancement of social media and internet communications. The focus of this content will be to engage the reader and encourage them to take action -- coming in for services, sharing information with others, volunteering, and/or donating their time and funding to support our efforts. The Summer Associate will assist in our website redesign efforts to increase ease in navigating our website and accessing information on our services as well as volunteer and donor opportunities.

Member Duties : The Summer Associate will increase community awareness of our services by expanding and enhancing our online presence. The Summer Associate will help redesign our website to create a site that is easy to navigate, that better illustrates our mission with appropriate visuals and language at appropriate literacy level for our patients, and that includes opportunities for volunteering and donating. The Summer Associate will compose a bank of patient stories that illustrate how our services help those in need, which will be shared on our social media pages. They will also assist in the development of Giving Tuesday social media campaign and help create a social media internship program with local universities to ensure project sustainability.
