The Home Repair Resource Center (HRRC) plans to do extensive research into the housing needs of the area and also will provide client-focused education and counseling to area residents to help them become more educated and empowered about housing and community issues. HRRC has a long history of empowering homeowners to repair and maintain their homes in support of diverse and sustainable communities. HRRC and Saint Luke’s Foundation collaborative efforts will increase neighborhood quality of life and increase attachment to and engagement to what residents call home.
