Begun in 1971, CRC became an independent 501c3 in 1973. Today as a community based social service agency, CRC delivers a wide arrange of human services in response to an identified need within a defined geographic area. CRC is comprised of a food pantry, senior programming, youth services, and Kinship Care.

Member Duties : This is a great opportunity for a VISTA member to learn more about non-profit management. Tasks include reviewing the agency's strategic doing plan and meeting with key staff members and board members to gain a better understanding of the agencies capacity building needs. VISTA will work with the development director in the creation of a new development plan and new/creative marketing strategies. Finally this VISTA will strengthen donor relations, volunteer relationships, and new partnerships.
