ShareCorps - Camp Chabad - Summer Associate

Camp Chabad is dedicated to providing children with a Happy, Healthy, Productive environment to strengthen and enhance moral values regardless of background. Through unconditional amounts of caring and concern for each child and their needs, we will provide a nurturing environment to promote personal growth, good behavior, a healthy diet and exercise. These are positive tools to help alleviate childhood poverty and childhood obesity. Vista members will implement the daily activities, assist in the plans for special and community events, outreach to increase participation. Marketing the program. Our goal is to serve more than 150 children on a daily basis. This goal can exist through outreach and a successful, fun filled daily activities agenda to attract the children.

Member Duties : VISTA Members will aid in the supervision and organization of daily activities for the children's program, including the Summer Food Service Program, sports activities, swimming, field trips, community events, arts and crafts, dance and music. We will want your assistance in promoting the program on social media, posting of flyers throughout the community and enlisting new enrollment in various social settings. Meeting and greeting children and parents in the morning and again at the end of the day. Running errands for the director, a current valid drivers license is mandatory.
