Member Duties : • Support and enhance policies and procedures improving WHRI office efficiency through creativity and innovation.
• Support current day-to-day office tasks to understand any changes needing to be made to existing procedures to improve office efficiency.
• Update, develop, and implement new policies and procedures to improve office efficiency.
• Support and enhance new WHRI digital filing system.
• Enhance existing procedures or develop new procedures to ensure organization sustainability.
• Communicate any changes made to WHRI procedures and/or programming to WHRI staff and interns.
• Support WHRI summer programming, specifically Farm Camp. Farm Camp is a summer camp educating children about where food comes from and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and implementation for WHRI’s Farm Camp.
• Support and enhance the organization of the WHRI office to create a clean, healthy workspace that encourages creativity and hard work.
