| Member Duties : Medina Health Ministry seeks a VISTA member to develop and implement a Quality Assurance (QA) program to allow the agency to better track patients. By conducting interviews and research this work will help the agency provide better care that can meet the needs of each patient.This includes writing policies and procedures, creating forms for clinic use, and providing training to staff and volunteers on the QA program. The VISTA member will also assist the clinic in community outreach and engagement efforts in order to educate community members and entities regarding eligibility requirements and services that are offered through the free clinic. This member will also further develop our resources to help more patients by assisting in organizing our annual fundraiser.
