Kentucky Campus Compact (KyCC) works to achieve three goals: college access, college success and community impact. The KyCC Toward a Sustainable Kentucky (TASK) VISTA program places VISTA members throughout the Commonwealth to combat poverty and build capacity in community organizations, Kentucky colleges and universities, the Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) and the Kentucky Promise Zone. *Note: We have positions throughout the state. Member Duties : TASK VISTAs will serve under one of three focus areas: EDUCATION, ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, or HEALTHY FUTURES. Member responsibilities might include: recruit and train volunteers, research and evaluate trends, lead workshops, research broadband availability in rural Kentucky, expand college service learning programs, create wellness curriculum, lead health programs, manage online databases, lead mentoring programs, evaluate academic trends, assist in grant writing for programs, fundraise and more!
