Member Duties : Community Building
• Develop working partnership and community relationships
• Plan, organize, schedule, implement, and promote structure to a variety of activities and events to include, but not limited to, after school activities, seasonal programming, summer programs, and special community events.
Volunteer Recruitment:
• Implement procedures for volunteer management and recruitment;
• Assist with established educational services; identify, recruit and train volunteers to provide homework or tutoring help.
• Collaborate with necessary entities; launch a volunteer neighborhood watch/tenant patrol programs.
Program Coordination:
• Develop a Standard Operating Procedure for the OHA Crime Prevention Program
• Assess community needs in coordination with other community-based services to develop, organize, and coordinate programming based on the findings.
