Education Program Associate
This position will be responsible for building the capacity necessary to plan and implement the Propeller Education strategy. They will support the growth of Propeller’s education network by developing a comprehensive database of community education organizations and thought leaders, as well as their programming and best practices. The associate will develop documentation processes on Propeller Education activities including reports, case studies, and fact sheets. They will also play a vital role in the planning/implementation of the education accelerator and its convenings. Finally, they will develop a database for resources and funding opportunities for the education sector. This position supports educational equity outcomes specifically for low-to-moderate income youth, ages 0-24.

Member Duties : Supports education programs team with conducting educational equity research and analysis • developing educational equity workshop programming • conducting outreach and recruitment for education social ventures and community organizations • developing the codification of programmatic processes and organization within education • Creates processes and checklists for different types of events, workshops, office hours, venture meet-ups, alumni volunteer coordination, etc (Preference would be for this position to have a car).
