Collaborative Adult and Early Access Support

The VISTA member will help to build best practices and recruitment models to bring more adults to join a program and receive a college degree. The RBA Program is an innovative baccalaureate designed to be a foundational bachelor’s degree for adult and non-traditional students. This program differs from other bachelor’s degrees in that RBA students may earn “College-Equivalent Credit” for skills and knowledge gained through life experience, which can be equated to college courses.
