| Member Duties : The Senior Center Services Catalyst (SC2 VISTA) will help to establish a "center without borders" program at the City of Rocky Mount Senior Center by researching best practices, evaluating other programs, recruiting volunteers, and making recommendations to Senior Center Staff. The SC2 VISTA will also research grants to increase the offerings to the deaf and blind senior population in Rocky Mount.
