Member Duties : The Construction Crew Leader will work under the Construction Manager to train, supervise, and work alongside volunteers on home building construction sites. They will be responsible for making sure volunteers are signed in, trained to do tasks safely, educated about Habitat for Humanity mission to eliminate poverty housing, and have a positive experience volunteering for Habitat. When not supervising volunteers the Construction Crew Leader will continue to work on tasks related to home construction and/or home rehabilitation. The Construction Crew Leader should have some construction experience, be a team player, and enjoy working with the public.
