SERVE Philadelphia Pre-K Provider Engagement Coordinator
 
 
 
The Mayor’s Office of Education is looking for a Provider Engagement Coordinator VISTA to work with local Pre-K providers, parents, and community partners to expand quality Pre-K in undeserved neighborhoods. The VISTA will be responsible for finding local Pre-k sites where enrollment can be expanded and improve the quality of services. This VISTA will also look for potential sites that are not currently operating Pre-k programs and support these providers through the certification process. Finally, this VISTA will be responsible for assessing needs and advocating for the providers as the standard enrollment process is created.

Member Duties : Identify opportunities for expansion via under performing providers and potential new slots. Hold weekly check in calls with providers to collect enrollment and capacity data. Support new providers in the certification process. Coordinate opportunities for provider communication, training and engagement. Collect and share input and feedback.
