Member Duties : The FPAC Coordinator will ensure the Food Policy Advisory Council’s longevity throughout mayoral transitions by raising awareness of FPAC’s reports, guides, recommendations, events, volunteer opportunities, and tools among appropriate audiences, including low income residents, gardeners, City officials, and the media.
The FPAC Coordinator will support the Food Policy Advisory Council long term strategic planning process to build relationships with elected Philadelphia officials. They will also develop outreach strategies to increase diversified participation on FPAC to ensure that recommendations best serve the population they aim to support.
