Hudson River HealthCare

Let yourself shine at HRHCare If you would like to serve within a group of AmeriCorps members towards making a difference in the Hudson Valley, then you belong with us! Health education may be your strength. If so, you could implement health education programs for youth and adults regarding asthma, diabetes, tobacco, and/or HIV/AIDS. You could serve in one of our health centers that serve migrant/seasonal farmworkers. In the healthcorps, you would identify needs and resources to enhance the lives of this population. Perhaps you would enjoy conducting outeach or in reach to patients to link them to needed care for chronic diseases. Or you could enhance the wellness program that collects and distributes useful health information. If you are enthusiastic and committed, come serve at HRHCare. Join us for a year and it will change your life and the lives of others.
