You may also work with adults that may be touching a computer for the first time and need basic keyboarding skills and an understanding of the vast tools available through the internet. The applicant should be able to work independently and in a team environment. They will need strong planning skills to create lesson plans that teach key lessons and flexible to tailor the plans to the actual participants. Skills required include understanding of MS Office, Google Docs, and Chromebooks. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hmong or Russian will also help in reaching out to the various households.
