Summer Associate at Catholic Charities of Flint

Catholic Charities supports soup kitchens for individuals and families who lack adequate food and nutrition. The Kid’s Summer Camp provides fun, educational activities, as well as field trips, for area children ages 5-12 years. The camp, held Monday through Friday is free to participants and includes a nutritional breakfast and lunch. During the Flint Water Recovery Efforts, Catholic Charities is providing help to those in need through its Center for Hope Community Closet and North End Soup Kitchens. Families and individuals in need are able to take home bottled water, as supplies allow.

Member Duties : Summer Associates will assist with the distribution of upwards of 750 meals per day and the implementation of a kids' summer camp which provides educational programming and summer meals.
