ShareCorps - WARM - Summer Associate

The Westerville Area Kids Lunch Club is a FREE program that provides hungry children aged 1-18 with nutritious meals and coordinated enrichment activities throughout the summer when school is not in session. The Kids Lunch Club began in the summer of 2011 at Ridgewood Park, and has successfully expanded each year since. We will have 10 outdoor sites this year. In 2016, we served 19,536 lunches at our SFSP sites and 29,214 weekend meals through the Governor's Weekend Backpack Program. This totals 48,750 meals! Additionally we distributed over 80,000 lbs of fresh produce last summer.
