Member Duties : In a region with large income disparity, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon seeks to increase capacity to better serve children living in poverty by increasing community engagement with volunteers and businesses. The position is responsible for developing systems for supporting volunteers through engagement with businesses and mentors.
